MANOR Living – Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Include name and order number.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unassembled
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with accessories

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Personalized products
  • Installed or assembled items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened

4. Return Procedure

  1. Email us
  2. Receive instructions
  3. Pack securely
  4. Ship back

Return shipping is paid by customer unless item is defective.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection and sent via original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace, repair, or refund including shipping costs.
